New Delhi: Narendra Modi government has made a big decision for medical admission. The government has approved reservations for OBC and financially backward class students. The government has decided to give 10 per cent reservation for 27% and financially weaker people in the OBC category. The Union Health Ministry announced to give reservations for the OBC class and financially weaker sections on Thursday.
The Ministry has decided to apply it from 2021-22 sessions. About 5,500 students will benefit from this decision. Benefits of Echards will get admission in UG and PG Medical / Dental Course (MBBS / MD / MS / Diploma / BDS / MDS). The Ministry of Health said that the government is committed to giving reservations to OBC and EWS.
The case had caught the Tool when Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan announced the dates of the National Eligible Test, i.e. Neat 2021, on July 12. He had said that this time candidate would give even the Neat Examination without reservation to the OBC. After this, many student organizations threatened the countrywide strike. Many political parties also demanded reservation. The matter did not stop. Many BJP leaders came to support reservations. Union Minister of State for Apparel Patel and Bhupendra Yadav had entrusted a memorandum to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
